We want charges to be fair and clear. Here's how refunds work.
Tasks that fail
You're never charged for work that didn't come back. Mana held for a task that fails is released automatically, and partial results are charged only for what arrived.
Subscriptions
- You can cancel any time; your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
- If a renewal was charged and you haven't used any of that period's mana, write to us within [14] days and we'll refund it.
- Partly used periods aren't refunded, except where the law requires.
Top-ups
Unused top-ups can be refunded within [14] days of purchase. Top-ups you've started using aren't refundable.
Mistakes and problems
If you were charged twice, charged in error, or something went wrong on our side, email support@aimagicx.com with the date and amount. We'll put it right.
